Some of our disciples had the opportunity to evangelize in public schools, where many adolescents and young people were reached by the message of the Gospel; others did so through sports tournaments held in various communities.
Another form of evangelism that had a tremendous impact was carried out through events for children. The teams utilized Children’s Day as a springboard to celebrate and engage with the little ones in these communities—sharing the love of Jesus with them through games, dancing, interactive activities, and theatrical skits.
Other teams engaged in community service, offering their skills, talents, and professional trades to the people. Homes were visited, and relationships were established that allowed for the sharing of the Gospel—resulting in many receiving both inner and physical healing through prayer.
Additionally, within the local church, discipleship classes were held, and times were set aside for raising altars of worship and intercession, as well as for ministering to the believers.
God moved in an incredible way through our disciples—men and women who obeyed God’s call to be His hands and feet here on earth.
