Vocational School

The difficulties that abound within the Oaxacan economy often make life difficult for graduating ministers. The Roca Blanca Vocational School equips ministers to care for the needs of their families, positively affect the communities around them, and enables them to continue in the work of the ministry. It is part of the vision that each student would have able hands to work and have an income for themselves, their family, and the work of God. Each student will choose a trade to focus on during their year of training.

The following trades are taught at the Vocational School depending on the availability of instructors and volunteers:

  • Sewing
  • Computer
  • Carpentry
  • Auto mechanics
  • Auto body repair
  • Construction
  • Welding
  • Electrical wiring
  • Plumbing
  • Aquaculture
  • Masonry
  • Screen Printing
  • Music

Are you a retired tradesman? Come to Roca Blanca to teach your trade.• Do you have tools you could donate? The trade school needs carpentry tools, mechanic tools, auto body repair tools, computers, and sewing machines, etc., to better enable students to develop their trades.

How could God use you to bless our students with a viable trade? Perhaps a one time gift, or regular support, supplying tools, or even better, coming to teach and enable our future ministers to meet their needs as they serve God in new works.
